K.P. Randhawa received his Bachelors of Law from the University of Buckingham. During his first year he was awarded with an achievement in Criminal Law, for scoring the highest grade. This fuelled a passion for Criminal Law, leading to a specialization in that law at Osgoode Hall, York University.

Mr. Randhawa completed his articles with Aitken Robertson under the supervision of D. Edwin Boeve, a senior counsel at the firm. His articles primary focused on drinking and driving laws in Canada, developing a strong foundation for this technical and special area of law.

Having studied in the United Kingdom, Mr. Randhawa undertook further legal educational training in Canada. The education in the United Kingdom and Canada, along with the Masters program provides exceptional knowledge and research skills usually expected of a far more experienced advocate, providing another asset to Aitken Robertson.
