Committed to excellence in the criminal defense of serious driving charges and to better serve our clients charged with criminal driving offences in Eastern Ontario, including impaired driving and street racing, Aitken Robertson has opened a new Kingston, Ontario law office. Further expanding our well established Ontario criminal defense practice, the new Kingston law office of Aitken Robertson will serve the communities of Kingston, Belleville, Napanee, Trenton, Gananoque and Prince Edward Country.
The lawyers of Aitken Robertson have been providing legal services and defending impaired drivers in the Peterborough area for almost three decades. Over that time, the law firm has grown to include six lawyers and legal offices in Peterborough, Lindsay, Oshawa and Toronto. The latest expansion is the opening of our newest location on Princess Street in Kingston near the intersection with Bath Road, directly north of Firestone in the former Davey Real Estate Office.
The criminal defense team of Aitken Robertson is committed to providing the highest standards of the legal profession to our clients through our experience in multiple jurisdictions and with multiple points of view. Our design is to approach each case from as many possible perspectives in order to find the best way to get the most advantageous result for our client.
The experience of multiple lawyers being in court, defending impaired driving cases every day across the province, allows us to share new ideas and new perspectives so that we can react to the constantly adapting practice of impaired driving law.
Opening our law office in Kingston was the next logical step to bring our experience to a new market. We are committed to our clients and the communities in which we practice. Our hope is to integrate with the experienced and learned Kingston criminal bar and add our expertise to their resources in defending you so that you can fight the charges.
